How we picked
Each tool had to be genuinely free, fix non-manifold edges and holes automatically, and return a watertight STL that slices without errors in Bambu Studio or Cura.
Tip: Always re-import the repaired file and do a quick slice preview before printing. If the slicer still flags errors, run the repair a second time with a stricter threshold.
Disclosure: AVDEB is our own tool, so we've placed it first for convenience. Every other pick was judged on the same criteria.
